Drew in Cloud - 3 Ways

I have a new client in another state that found me on Facebook. She had some questions about what colors the Drew tank in the Cloud print would go with. I went ahead and snapped some quick photos of different color jackets that I thought looked best. She really like it and it helped her a lot with her decision making process. Ok, I am behind again on my blog posts. Big surprise huh? Well, at least I keep taking photos of my outfits but I am slow at posting them on my blog. This outfit was from Sept 29th, 2013 and I wore it out to have brunch with my girlfriends. It was at this brunch that one of my eyeglass lenses just popped out in the middle of our conversation! We all busted out laughing and almost got kicked out of the restaurant! Needless to say ... I took it as a sign to try something else for a change and I decided to get fitted for contacts. It is something I have been wanting to do for a while and so if I look different in photos... that is why! :)

I just got this new limited edition print offered in Janis and while it isn't something I would normally wear, I really like it! I like being forced out of my comfort zone once and a while. Tell me what you think!

I organized an event last week for my Networking Mamas group where we had a Ladies Night at the coffee shop where we meet every month. It was a way for the business women in our group to showcase their products and have some fun too. Janice owns the coffee shop and bought a scarf from me that she had seen me post on Facebook. It looks fantastic on her right?

Pearl is finally here!

We all have been waiting and waiting for our Pearl samples and they have finally arrived. Customer orders will be shipping soon too. There was a problem with the fabric when the new line came out so this item had to be re-done which takes a while. So far, the feedback on the dress has been really good! I got my sample just in time for my kika show on Saturday but unfortunately the sample was way too big for the guests at that show. I didn't think to belt it at that time.

So, until I get my own size to try on or someone to model it for me in the Merlot sample that I have (it is a kika size 4 or women's size 12/14) ... I figured I would share some photos that some other consultants have shared with me. 

This is Missy and she styled this dress in two different ways. She wears a smaller size than I do so maybe I should try belting my sample and see how it looks! It looks great on her! Also, be sure to check out her website at www.styles2love.com

This next one is Vickie and she normally wears a kika size 4 on top but a kika size 2 on bottom. She feels like she could go down a size with this dress. Other kika consultants have said that they love it but they are a bigger kika size on bottom than they are on top. I think Vickie looks really cute!

Finally, here is the photo from the website and this is our hand-dyed print called Alligator. This is the one I am waiting for in my size. I am built more like Vickie so I might even have to go down a size in this dress but I will wait to see what my sample looks like first. All Business, All Comfort

This was an outfit I wore back in September and I hesitated to post it because my tripod broke so I was trying to figure out another way to take photos of myself and I don't think I did a good job. Oh well. I was inspired to wear a more traditional business looking outfit because I had just put together a new college of business outfits where you can mix and match just a few pieces to get so many different looks. I was going to demonstrate the idea on me but then my photos turned out so bad that I changed my mind and used the models from kikaPaprika instead.
